If you haven’t received a refund even after 30 working days since the refund being processed please contact your bank or credit card company. All orders are dispatched within 24hrs. Once dispatched your order can take between 1 and 6 working days for it to be delivered, depending on the items ordered and your location. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking information that will help you track the status of your package. Deliveries to certain remote pin codes could take upto 8-10 working days, though this is a rarity.
