Wrong/Damaged product delivered

Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to ensure they are up to our standards before we dispatch them to you, so damage is rare. But if we are sent you the wrong/damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, We need parcel opening videos and couple of photos to ensure that the provided reasons are true or not Our team will assess your complaint.

  Cancellation Policy:-

We understand that plans can change! At BEYOGINI, we aim to provide a smooth and flexible shopping experience for our customers.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

Custom Orders

  • Custom or personalized products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

We are not allow Return for our products.

Request An Exchange:-

At Beyogini Activewear, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy exchange process to make things right.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3-4 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Only size exchanges are allowed. Color or product exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

  1. Request an Exchange: Contact our customer support at [beyogini01@gmail.com] within 3-4 days of receiving the product.

  2. Approval & Shipping: Once approved, ship the item back to us at the address provided. The shipping cost for returning the product will be borne by the customer.

  3. Replacement & Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new item within 3-4 business days.

Important Notes:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the product.

  • If the desired size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative solution.

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
