But if we are sent you the wrong/damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, We need parcel opening videos and couple of photos to ensure that the provided reasons are true or not Our team will assess your complaint and either arrange to give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement. We can return refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Please be aware that in this case, payments can take up to 5 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
